Selfies? How boring!
Ever since I noticed that "Selfie" became the word of the year, I have actually taken one here or there. Not the standard version, of course, I mean, the one that we so often "enjoy" on Facebook and Twitter and the likes. Instead, I try to compose a selfie by involving shadows, reflections and secondary subjects, often hiding myself in the image, just as circumstances allow. Stupid enough, but better than nothing.
See attached a small collection of incarnations of this species that I shot over the last couple of months. Looks like I don't do anything but selfies, right? Be assured, I don't. I have about twenty, out of the last ten thousand pictures. That's enough, I guess.
