Kennedy for President
A John F. Kennedy presidential campaign sticker on an old Mercedes 230 SL? Looks like a charming 60s coincidence, doesn't it?
But wait a minute, something might be wrong. John F. Kennedy became president of the United States in 1961 and was assassinated in 1963. The 230 SL was introduced in 1963. Who puts a sticker on his car that is outdated two years or more? Hm... There's another solution. JFK's little brother Robert tried to became a presidential candidate in 1968, before he was shot to death as well. The sticker might have advertised his campaign during the 1968 primaries. Does that make more sense?
